11. AI & Machine Learning Use Restrictions
All content, data, metadata, text, audio, images, code, and other materials available on or through Audicible.com ("Website Content") are protected. Website Content may not be accessed, scraped, copied, stored, or used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, neural network, large language model (LLM), dataset, or similar technology, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
Automated agents, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated systems—including AI services—are strictly prohibited from accessing Website Content for AI-related purposes. Permitted automated access is limited to traditional search engine indexing (for example, Googlebot or Bingbot) as allowed under our robots.txt.
